Hello there folks! I just want to here from you if there's such thing as one month workout for the abs. If there is, i would be glad to hear it from you. One thing, is supplement needed for people who workout and want fast muscle improvement.

Hey..
Are you planning to develop abs in 4 weeks??? :)
The program here at ft is great. For specific exercise go to Muscle Targets in the top menu and select abs. Be sure to do exercises for all 4 areas of that region.
The most important area in developing abs is DIET. AS has been mentioned before, spot reduction (trying to lose fat in only one specific area of your body) is a MYTH. Fat will shed evenly from your body..
Supplementation is not needed but if used can be of great benefit. What are your goals so that I may help you out with specifics.

Arnold is right! Your bodyfat percentage has to drop to a certain level before you begin to see your ab muscles. The key is diet.
If you're looking for fat burners to help, use your search function. There have been many, many posts on this. Try searching using "fat burner" and "ECA."

Yes, it takes a little long, but YES you'll get results as well.
