ONCE U GOT THE BODY YOU'VE WORKED HARD FOR HOW DO U MAINTAIN IT. IN OTHER WORDS HOW DO U KEEP IT THAT EXACT WAY WITH OUT GAINING MORE OR LESS.

Stay training of course at a certain level of intensity, and set your maintenance calories to that amount of activity(calorie expenditure).
