I am 17 and play offensive line, I have hopes of playing college football. I know I'm too small (5"10 - 245) to play D1, but I know I can play D2 or D3.

I was just wondering if anyone can give me some drills I can work on alone at my house this summer to help me get ready for my senior season and possibly college level.

I'm a football coach. I'm in charge of putting together the weight training and conditioning program for the summer. I plan on doing a lot of unconventional stuff with my guys to build strength first; then utilize that strength toward speed, quickness, and agility. Here's some of the resources I use:

There are tons of methods and programs geared around what you want. Figure out where you're weakest and fix that first.

I have looked at those websites in the past. I attended a Nike Sparq event in the New Orleans Super Dome, in Louisiana.

But, I was just wondering what are some things I can do to help me become a better offensive lineman.
