im not questionning this great website but i have talk to some people about the nutrition program results for me and mos think the numbers are way off.
Im 5'7 160 looking to gain alot of muscle mass

240gram of protein daily program others say 60gram or .8 per body weight

carbohydrates 4000 others say 2500

not sure about fats?


what do you guys think i should do inorder to get as much protein but not waste my time or hurt my self with too much protein?.

which numbers are closer to the truth nutrition program or others.?

You want to gain a lot of muscle mass and you train hard at the gym?!!!!

Well, then you need a lot more calories and if you don't want to put on too much fat then take the extra calories from proteins.

240 gr of proteins daily is nothing. Don't worry you wont hurt yourself by eating this (don't forget to drink enough water though).

Look under the FT nutrition program and you'll get some more info.
