im not questionning this great website but i have talk to some people about the nutrition program results for me and mos think the numbers are way off. Im 5'7 160 looking to gain alot of muscle mass
240gram of protein daily program others say 60gram or .8 per body weight
carbohydrates 4000 others say 2500
not sure about fats?
what do you guys think i should do inorder to get as much protein but not waste my time or hurt my self with too much protein?.
which numbers are closer to the truth nutrition program or others.?
