I don't think I am in danger of exploding so I haven't tried it personally. But my buddy takes it and says it boosts his energy...and he hasn't exploded yet.

Garbage. Save your money and buy chicken and lean beef.

NOXplode is a Nitric Oxide booster...which in theory isn't a bad idea for a supplement. However just as most supplements these can give you temporary boosts of energy during a workout, but the effects fade. I took it about 6 months ago...I believe you're supposed to use it for 4-6 weeks and cycle off for 3-4 weeks. I used the jar and then didn't use it again. Seemed like there was an initial boost for the first week or so and then I didn't get much results from it. I do remember to read the warning...if you eat anything 45 min before or after taking this you'll end up in the bathroom and lifting will be the last thing on your mind.

Also I recall there being some research as to the safety of this product...but I'm sure you can find that with anything.

Didn't think much of it myself.
