Hi! I am new and not sure where to begin and what foods to eat and calarie intake. I want to get started on a good steady track to get my weight back to 130lbs. I know it will take time but all this is a little confusing. Can someone help me to simplify this process. Thank you!

First thing: fill out your profile, so when you ask questions, we have an idea of where to start. Second, just take a look through these great threads, especially the sticky posts and the "FAQs" thread - there is some great info already available.

Good luck!

Fill out your profile on the nutrition and fitness plans at the top of this page as well. They could lead you to your weight loss goals.

Also check out the grocery list for bodybuilders in the nutrition section. I'm sorry, but I don't really know what you're asking.

Start by tracking what you normally eat for a week - figure out your average daily caloric intake. Then you can adjust that down by 200 calories, and begin an exercise program to create a further deficit.

Oh, and fill out your profile and do some reading in the other forums.
