not sure I have the right fitness plan..

'm not sure when i was filling out my profile that I have the right fitness plan...

I want to:

~ gain lean muscle but i dont want to get bulk, just nice muscle definition

~ earn a nice 6 pack

~ and this sounds odd but I just want to look even on top and bottom. I have always had nice legs since i walk and cycle everywhere, so now i want my top to have the same strong and defined look...

I hope that makes since, any help you guys can give me would rock! THANKS ;-)

getting bulky isn't as asy as you think...you will look bulky if you don't stay lean while gaining, but it is because you are ading fat with the muscle, so keep your calories at a level that allows you to train heavily and have good energy but not too much surplus.

Your six pack is earned in the kitchen, dial in your diet.

It makes sense to want a balanced physique, but be sure to train your whole body - heavy leg work will contribute to upper body growth as well.
