It may take longer than a few weeks.....also you may not be eating enough food.....

Curl Jockeys, get outta the squat rack!

I wish everyone would get a partial amnesia and never use 'tone' ever again. (thanks Menance)

You gotta eat big to get big.....now you can go one of two ways......eat everything and anything. You will gain mass fat and muscle.....or you can eat big but CLEANLY and gain mostly muscle.....

Kasper, you might to try sprints instead of mileage to help with the gain. Have you ever seen a muscular distance runner?? here may be some but they are the minority! Now, how many muscular sprinters do ya see??

Most of the time i do HIIT. Well im gonna see how eating a little more is gonna do along with my whey protein and creatine intakes, whats the average time that you start to notice gains and know how much muscle youve gotten?
