I know someone posted this just a bit earlier in the forum and i'm kind of having the same problems. I work out 2-3 hours everyday, I am following the Atkins Diet, I take 2 multi vitamins a day and 6 hydroxycut throughout the day.
And i'm gaining, not losing. I have lost an inch on my thighs, but no weight and that is what I want to get down.
What can I do??
I'm 17 with a totally open schedule and I am very committed to doing anything to lose weight.. please someone help!!

Hey Krystal, if you lost an inch then it sounds like your workout is working. Your weight should not be the defining guide to determining if your workout is getting results. If your clothes fit better, you look better, and feel better...that is what you should be going by since you are probably gaining muscle and losing fat. Muscle weighs more that fat, so it possible to get into better shape and actually weigh the same. Also, 2-3 hour workouts seem like alot...are you breaking that time up during the day (say like cardio in the morning and weights at night)?

You need patience........ Your body takes time to react.
Now through out that scale and be happy of the lost inch around your thighs! That's great!!
Don't overtrain, but give your body some rest (it'll need it to burn fat!)
