Just wondering if everyone has one side that develops a little more than the other? I've heard that it is common....but I was checking to see if anyone else's problem is really noticable?? My right arm is more developed than my left....and it is noticable to me, of course...and I have gotten a second opinion and he seems to see a little difference...
What can I do to help this, if anything??
thanks! sg

I have this problem but i'm in the process of "fixing it" My problem is my right bicep gets a pretty good ball while my left lacks there of. But i'm stronger with my left side since i'm left handed. I joke with my partners that my right side is the show muscle and the left the go muscle. I started using dumb bells and lead off with the weakside and what ever amount of reps I get with that side I don't do more with the other. In time it should equal out. I would recommend that you train your weak side first in rotations and what ever rep rage you do on the weakside dont do more reps with your strong side. Hope this answered your question and if you need any more assistance just post Good luck Dave

Hi Spanishgirl, nice to see that you are still around! Almost everybody has a small difference in strength, flexibility or even muscle mass when comparing the left side to the right.
Don't start to take heavier to strengthen the weaker side (you'll just over train) but choose more one hand exercises and concentrate harder about the weak side. Also working with your back can help you getting the right balance.
Luck to you!

You'll have to work with dumbbells to even both sides out. But as Nina pointed out, don't go too heavy as you'll end up overtraining.
Good luck!

I wondered about that too. I've got a neat little bicep line on my right arm, but nothing on my left. I train with dumbbells, same weight both sides, and do the same # of reps, perhaps it will even out the longer I train.
