I dont have access to a gym and all i have is a bicept/tricept machine in my house. I am not looking to get huge i am just going for the "cut up" look. if ur 6'1 u can afford to get big though. im only like 5'5, so im not gonna put on too much muscles, or ill look short and fat. im lean, so im going to put on just a bit more muscle and then try and cut it
