I dont have access to a gym and all i have is a bicept/tricept machine in my house. I am not looking to get huge i am just going for the "cut up" look. Can someone help me put together a workout routine? i am a 19 year old male 195 pounds about 6'1". If there is anyone i can talk to over the net to help me out my email is g2mv8@aol.com

if ur 6'1 u can afford to get big though. im only like 5'5, so im not gonna put on too much muscles, or ill look short and fat. im lean, so im going to put on just a bit more muscle and then try and cut it
