Simply put not seeing gains is a eating and or training issue

Usually strength comes first....size comes last....your body wants to be as efficient as possible so before making structural adaptations, it will try to improve in other areas first....

Please post your complete routine so we can see what you do...and please be fairly descriptive about how often you do it and such....

How much do you eat? This is the key...most people who work out well consistantly but dont see results are typically eating poorly or not enough....you may fall into 1 or both....think about what you eat on avg during the week and post it....as well as apprx number of calories, etc....I am guessing you're not eating enough calories....make sure to get at least 1g of protein per lb, 2-3g of complex carbs per lb, 1/4g of healthy fats per lb.....and around 16-17 calories per lb.....most basic advise would be to eat an extra meal a day....especially right after lifting weights....also keep in mind that u can generally increase calories on days that u lift ways ...

I also would bet you are not eating enough. I am 5'11" 210lbs, 16%BF and eat about 2500 cals a day and am LOSING some fat, slowly. If you want to gain eat, eat and eat. As they have said it must be nutritious meals and lots of them, small ones through out the day.

And we are all waiting to see your work out.

I might totally be wrong about this but >IF< you were born in 90 like your username says there’s a very good possibility that the reason you're not seeing ANY growth is simply that your body isn't to that stage yet (AKA rate of maturity).

IE: When I was 13-14, I REALLY wanted a six pack. I would do situps and crunches day and night with no results. I would do 3 sets of 120 reps and not even feel a burn! Eventually I just gave up because I wasn't getting crap for all my hard work.

Once I was in High School I decided to try it again...
And guess what? I got a huge burn from 3 sets of 30! I was amazed! I continued doin' situps and soon, within a week or two, I was on my way with a 4 pack.

The point is, everybody's body mature at different rates, and sometimes your body simply isn't ready for putting on muscle/toning/anything. When you're 14 you can do workouts till you're blue in the face, get up to benching 200 and still won't get results. You’ll get strong as hell but not big as it. It just depends on where your body is.
________

So... yea, that was kinda' weird, but I hope you got what I was trying to say.

He says he is 6 foot+, his body mustve matured by now so i dnt think its that.

And my advice like all the others is eat the right food, and EAT LIKE A PIG!

HELL YEAH!...dont give up, thats the worst thing you can do.
