I start my new 8 week, split program that I got off of the website on Monday. I really look forward to results. The gym I go to does not have a bench that I can perform the decline bench press. Is there something else that I should do instead? Flys with cable or dumbells maybe? Thanks for any help you can give.

Dips work your lower chest, and dumbbell flys do some what, why not look for and incline abdominal board, and do dumbbell flys on it or dumbbell presses,or better yet buy one your self.

Forget about the flyes, do dips instead. Try leaning slightly forward to bring chest into it.

At my gym I can put a few plates under the bench though and create a decline....some gyms frown on that though.

if the gym you are at has a decline ab bench you can use dumbells on that, or if you have a cable machine, use the lowest setting and do crossovers, just make sure to keep ur head and body level or slightly tilted up if you can as tilting down will make it a normal crossover and not emphasize ur lower pectoralis.

The cable machine gives a great workout for the lower chest. Of course nothing beats the decline bench press because that exercise will recruit 85-90 percent of your pecs muscle fibres.
