Does anyone know how to mix your protein powder so you dont get those big clumps in it.... I just tried some whey isolate and it looked a lot worse than it tasted but I'm just curious if anyone knows how

let it sit a few mins....in the fridge....or somwhere....1 or 2 minutes is usually enough.

Or you could be using too much(powder).....for the given amount of milk/water. Water can only disolve a certain amount of somthing.

try putting in the water in the container first and then add the powder using the scooper thingy. then shake it like you've never shaken it before. hehe, usually they way I do it in the office when no blenders are around. yep, and andrew's right, ya might have too much powder in it.

Probably too much powder, however I just use a cheap shaker I bought at the store and it works great.
