news paper exercise

heres a good exercise for wrist and fore arms just spread out a news paper start to crumple it up from one corner to the other corner and crumple it up in a ball it feels real good try it you might like it

This exercise actually strengthens your grip more than anything else. Reminds me of those Y-shaped hand grips you only squeeze. If some members have a hard time with their grips when lifting, this exercise works wonders!
