Great Website! I have enjoyed reading your posts.

I am a 55 year olad female...5'3" & 120 lbs. My body fat is somewhere in the 25-30% range (haven't had it measured in a while because I know it has increased from the 15% it once was). Anyway, I entered my information into the Free Trainers Nutritional Plan and it is tell me to consume 1600 calories per day. My question is, do I try to eat that many caloried in order to lose weight or should I scale it back a bit? Also, how important is it to eat the recomended Protein, Carb, and Fat grams. I usually eat about half of the # of carbs suggested. Protein and fat intake is no problem. Just not sure I can eat that much. Thanks for your help. I look forward to your suggestions.

It is best for you to figure out first how many calories you take in on an average day and then adjust a little up or down from there.
Track what you eat for 3-4 days and figure out the calories, grams of protein, carbs and fat and see where you are starting at. That starting amount is more important than a number just generated based on your weight.
