Hey all,
I hope you all could give me some tips b4 I start. I know absolutly NOTHING about weight loss. I've lost about 35 lbs in a year, and all my old friends that I haven't seen since highschool are like "Man, you look great!" But I am 5'8'' tall and I weigh 207 lbs!!!
I don't think its a HORRIBLE place to be in except for the fact that all my weight is in my middle region. Which is a polite way to say I look like I'm pregnant. This little girl where I work came up to me and asked me when my baby was comming. I am most certainly not pregnant.
That said, I am wanting to know some "Quick and Easy" weight loss "Secrets"*
*This does not mean that I think that losing weight will be "Quick and Easy". I simply want to know if and what I can do to make more use of my time.
I work full time and am very involved with church and other extra-curicular activities, and am currently trying to get a membership at the Gym. My M-F consist of working 9am - 6pm... then extra "stuff" from 6:30-9 pm. I have to get to bed early in order to make it to work.
The Bottom Line is I would like an excersise routine that would best benifit me.
Thanks all,
Bianca1988

As someone who is also highly involved in my church (All day Sundays, Monday nights, Wednesday nights, Thursday nights, not to mention a Friday every couple of weeks)I understand your time aspect.
Here's what I can tell you. Make time, and involve weight training. I had to change my work hours in order to do this to where I don't go in at 8:00 anymore. That way I can work out in the morning before work.
Everyone wants you healthy, including God!
