Hello everyone,
Just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to the boards. I am on week two here at FT, though have been working out with weights on and off for 10 years now. Have gotten serious about it (again) in the last two months. My goal is to be cut, and at 5'2 plus being overweight, I need all the hlp I can get!
I am a 31 year old mother of 2, my last was born just last May 30th, so my time is precious!
I am finding this site useful and informative, with both the staff and fellow trainers very knowlegable and helpful.
I look forward to meeting all of you and chatting about what is important to us. Good luck to all in your endevours and fitness goals!
