Hello, I am a 29 year old mother of 2, I have no idea what has happend to me over the past year but i have somehow gained 30 pounds, I am 5'10" tall and weigh 160, a normal weight for me is 125-130. I just started working out this week, trying to eat more I guess, I have never been to good at eating 3 square meals a day, but im going to try, as a matter of fact i never eat breakfast, only coffee. anyhow, i was wondering if i might be able to find a few friends here to keep me motivated, as well as helping you stay motiviated.
