hi Guys!
im new here, and id like any suggestion!
im 19 and weigh 180. im 5'7.
im in college, but plan to join the air force in 5 months, so over these months i want to lose at least 20 pounds and get in tip=top shape to pass bt.

eat clean, work out consistently. educate yourself and you will make it a lifestyle that sticks instead of a diet.

i am new here i am 185lbs i need to lose 75lbs i walk an hour in the morning=3.75 milesi have a five year old and 1yr old twins and i seem to lose all energy after my walk i eat breakfast an hour before my walk. any ideas for me. i want to start cardio 3 times a week but kinda cluless.

i also track everything i eat dring and all activities that i do and for how long i do them on fit day free fitness journal. i am only 4 foot 10in. so i look even bigger.

Hi citykat. Have you checked at your library for different workout dvds? They might be a good start on getting in more cardio. i especially like the turbo jam workouts, you can choose your intensity and you get a good workout.

there are some strength training at home workouts here, try creating one and give it a go. Strength training will make you burn more calories and reshape your body in a way that cardio only won't.

Gie me an example of your daily meals and I can maybe help you with your energy issues. Could be you arent eating enough or eating nutrient dense foods..
