I just started a new job because the hours are great for college. The job requires quite a bit of heavy lifting mostly cases of copy paper. I work 4 days a week and weight train 5 days a week. I know I'm not giving my arms much rest time by doing this. Is this hurting my gains? I don't get sore from just work and I don't get sore from weight training that often. Am I overexerting myself or is this schedule still ok?

just keep your protein intake up and you will be fine.. might actually even improve your lifting, as you are utilizing different angles your body may not be used to

you should be fine man. Your body will adapt to the new endurance levels you are placing on it, and just make sure you keep your workouts as intense as you can possibly handle in the quickest ammount of gym time that you can to feel the soreness the next day. good luck.
