Hello! I just joined freetrainers.com, and I already created a workout plan for myself. However, I need to change the sets and reps number. I do not know how to change it, so can can anyone please help me with that?

You can change the reps on the log. Not sure how to change it to more, but if I do more I just list it in the notes.

It's easier just to set up a spreadsheet. You can use the exercise plans just like they are. If you decide to keep a lof, which is a big help in training, you can just cut and paste your spread sheet with sets, reps and weight right to the flog here.  http://www.freetrainers.com/blog/

What do you want to change and why?

can't help with running or boxing. But for strength training, you need a lot more weight.
