I just found this site this morning and I'm reading and trying things out. I filled out the personal exercise routine and nutritional infomation. The numbers seem a bit high to me. Recommended calories to lose weight is a little over 2500...most of the recommend amounts of nutrients is higher than RDA. What is going on? I've been reading the threads and there are several people who have written what their calorie intake is to be only to have other reply that the numbers seem high. I hope a trainer can help clear this up for me.

Well if you filled out your profile and told us a little bit more about yourself, then maybe we'll be able to help better.

Those diets in here are for very active people so that's why the needs are so high. Now sometimes other diets can work better (we are all different).
Listen to your body and go after the wanting results!
