As many other people have said, "That extra fat didnt grow there overnight" It takes time to lose it in a safe manner. Search the forums and use the free tools Freetrainers.com provides. GL

Do not set a goal too far out or too lofty. If you do, it becomes unattainable in short time frame. set small goals, like shoot for a certain fat loss in 6 weeks, then when you attain that goal, set another. Little successes add up to large ones!

Be careful with being too strict on your goal, if you are and don't make it, many times despair sets in and quitting totally becomes the end result. So, try to be realistic.

And it kinda gets annoying when someone posts in all caps, so can you please respond in small letters?

Your weight doesn't tell us much - have you had your body composition taken with calipers? how much fat do you need to lose?

Your gaols/deadline are going to depend on your current body composition and diet.

I would say at least 4 months on average if you do it right and safe, and not to come back to bloated when you are done.
