Hey, i am almost 20 years old. I am 5'10, 135 pounds. I used to be a basketball player. I have since then stopped playing and have gotten a job and a busy schedule. I havent had much time to work out at all, although i am trying to work something in my schedule. I dont have access to the time to get to a gym, so i rely on at home workouts. I need to slim down and burn excess fat on the thighs, tone up the butt, and tone the legs. what does anyone suggest?? My diet is getting better. Mostly consists of veggies, fruits, yogurts, at least one meal of protein.
Please help!

Take a look at the workout from home on this site. If you do not have access or time to get to a gym, this is a nice beginning. There are alot of non weight bearing exercises you could do. I started my wife off for instance with simple things(but tough too) like hydrants, kickbacks, lying toe raises, etc. All target the glutes, hams quad areas.
