Hey Guys,
I recently changed jobs over the past 3 months, and prior to that has a great workout routine. I'd go to the gym after work, do 40 min of Cardio plus weights, and lost 20lbs. I still have 20lb more to go, but I'm having problems going to the gym since I work 3 -11:30pm, and have school during the day. :( I'm just feeling discouraged and starting to fall back into old eating habits. (Binging, not good) and I want my motivation back! Any suggestions? It feels like the midsemester slump for weight loss. (ha) Thanks all for your support! :dumbbell::big_smile:

Hey buffychic -
\Work in small exercises when you can - squats and lunges in the morning, brisk walks during any downtime, focus even more intensely on clean eating and maybe cut your calories by 100 or so to make up for the less active schedule. Hopefully once you adjust to your new schedule you will fit your workouts in again.
hang in there, life happens, we just have to figure out how to work around it :)
