I am 5"9 or 10 and 17 years old.I weigh 134 lbs and have been weight-lifting for 4 1/2 months.My predictament is if i will be able to gain 6-8 lbs for march break to show off to some of my old friends i am going to visit in PEI.think i can do it guys?
Absolutely. At your age it should be possible to add that kind of mass in a short time. Theoretically, you could gain up to a pound a week, maybe more since you're young. But since you are young, you're going to have to eat like a horse.
