Hi, I'm 14 years old and own a treadmill. I want to increase my sprinting speed but only using my treadmill cause I do not live near a local track. My treadmill can go up to speeds of 16km/h and incline of 12. I have taken up weight lifting 3-4 times a week to increase muscle. Does anyone know any good methods of increasing speed using a treadmill?
