I have been on the same workout split for a while now and feel it's time for a change. Here's my current split, i was wondering if i should change what the muscle groups worked together or just switch them to other days?
I get good results when I work my tris and shoulders on the same day and my bis and chest on the same day. I do abs on back and leg day. Seems odd but that's the way ft set it up and it works pretty good.
Try siwtching days and groups that you work together. There are many many split routines in past posts, try looking it up on fit buddy and seeing what you can find.
