Hi, im new here so pardon my ignorance. im 16 and im in football currently, and i would like to increase my overall strength and speed. im woundering on what are some basic exercizes i can do for my chest arms(bicept, tricept, delts) and legs, just general good work outs for beefing up fairly quick. also im 240 and run the 40 in 5.6 if this helps at all, i dont know.

Check out the programs under fitness resources.
Also check out the powerlifting forum, I think there have been some very specific football conditioning programs posted there in the past.

At the bottom of the screen here there is a search engine called fitbuddy. Type in football or football programs and see what it pulls up.

Try doing a chest priority mass gain program under fitness resources and see how you like it!

For football you need strong legs and back
Leg Extensions - Quads
Leg Curl - Hamstrings
Toe Press - Calves
Bent-arm pullover - Chest
Incline DB Bench Press - Chest
Dips w/weight - Triceps
Deadlifts - Back
