I need a new hardgainer routine. my routine right now looks like this day 1:squat 2x20
stiff legged deadlift 1x10 benchpress 2x6 Day 2:rows/chins 2x8
military press 1x6
arm curl 1x6
abs. so if you know of another hardgainer routine I could use tell me,ive been using this one for a few months now and i think its past its expiry date.

Why not try the 12 week Mass program at this site. It will help you add some muscle.

Yes slim-daddy, choosing FT's 12 week Mass program would definitely be the very best option.

Try it, it's worth it.

First of all, you shouldn't use the same routine over and over again. Your body adapts to stress quickly so you need to add variety every 2-3 weeks. It also looks like you're working legs and part of shoulders on one day, then shoulder, biceps and abs the next. Have you signed up for an ft program? If not, you should...let ft design a custom regimen for you. I'm a hardgainer, too...but have been pleased so far with ft's 8-week mass program!
