Well as most of you know, I have been extremely dedicated to the gym and keeping myself in shape for the past year or so. Well, since I have began working as a drill instructor, I haven't had the time to go to the gym. I haven't really changed my personal appearance (as far as weight gain), but I have gotten weaker and a bit more out of shape. I was used to doing cardio 6 x's per week and weight training 5 x's per week, now I really don't have the time to go to the gym since I work around 100 hours. What can I do to help get my endurance back? Please help. I try to do a few sets before I go to bed but sometimes I am just so tired since I am on my feet most of the day yelling and moving recruits from place to place.

Your problem post a huge dilema. It sounds like you are pretty well stuck between a rock and hard place so to speak. Unless you can free up more hours in the day, it doesn't sound too promising. Can you ease your workload some? You actually could be compromising your health if you try to train more. Your rest is a very important ingredient. That said, one more thing very important. If you are healthy and vital, you may not have to be as strong as you want to be. Remember, health is the most important aspect of this whole thing. Make sure you take some good vitamins to keep up with your hectic schedule. Good health to you....
