I have recently decided to take care of myself. I've been working out for a week now (aerobics class, 5 times a week, one hour a day) and what I've noticed is that I'm hungry ALL THE TIME. I don't know what to do. I've started eating more now than before I started exercising. I've been trying to diet (no bread, pasta, sweets) but I slip. I don't know what to do about the humger! My goal is to lose about 50 lbs, but realistically, I just want to lose weight in general.
PLEASE HELP ME WITH THE HUNGER, IS THIS NORMAL? WHAT DO i DO???
