OK, so I'm an aspiring jockey (as in horse racing). I'm 5'4", female, and currently weigh 120 lbs, and I'm in fairly decent shape. Plenty of lean muscle, a bit of extra body fat but not much. I have to get down to 105. What's the best way for me to get down to 105, besides sawing my limbs off or becoming bulimic?

probably isn't going to happen...get your body composition checke4d by a trainer with calipers - this will tell you how much lean mass you have and realistically how little you could weigh...105 is not a lot. I think at my most anorexic as a teen (at 5'2 or so) i still weighed 127lbs...some of us are never going to be waiflike.

Isn't 5'4" a little tall for a jockey...I thought most were 5'-5'2".
