Need help hips, thighs and butt

I really need some help on these areas because they are the only areas that I'm am extremely dissatisfied with right now. Is there anything I can do for my hips (exercise related) and my thighs. I have really strong legs but I really need to lose the fat around them. I am currently following a program from this site. Also, I need some motivation to get going on my abs. I want to try the 12 week ab routine but I can't find the motivation. Please help!

You should start with your diet. Exercises are only part of the battle. Analyze your current daily intake and adjust according to your goals. Then, you can tailor a more targeted exercise program that'll get rid of that unwanted fat ASAP.

Squats, lunges and proper diet. Adding lean muscle mass to the entire body will help speed your metabolism to burn more fat. If you add muscle to you whole body, it also take's some of the emphasis off of a weak area.
