Hi,

I am a 18 year old male, 6 ft 1", and only 146 pounds. I need a proper diet plan too help me bulk up, but I find it hard too figure out what foods too eat.. I usually take in around 2000-2500 calories a day(on good days).

I am currently using the following suplements:
- a weight gainer called Muscle Milk(2 scoops/500 calories/26g protein)
- Progressive Fish Oils (2 pills a day)
- Progressive Multi Vitamins (3 pills a day)
- ZMA EXPLODE ( 3 pills before i go too sleep/supposedly increases strength/testosterone levels)

Im willing to spend 50$ a week on grocerys too help me bulk up, I just dont know what to buy/where too start/if some things are better than others and so on..

SO, IF theres any experts out there who can help me out, please help me with a nutrition plan/give me good advise on gaining weight! thanks!

You need more food plain and simple. In the stickey posts are a list of foods to shop for.....at your age meat cheese skim milk etc are the best choices to bulk up

I agree with mutt. You need to be eating more and supplementing less. Chicken breasts, tuna, skim milk, these are all good sources of protein. If you want to use supplements, I'd go with just creatine, and a good post workout shake(not muscle milk). I have had terrific luck with Cytogainer for post work outs (570 calories 52 grams of protein).
