and a word about the loss of one to three pounds overnight. It isn't anything significant. It is virtually impossible to loss that much weight over the course of one night. The weight loss must be water weight. Nothing to worry about.
i have a very high metabolism. if i go to sleep slightly hungry (which is unavoidable), i will wake up having lost 1-3 pounds. To help prevent this, I drink 1-2 glasses of milk before sleeping. However, ever since i started taking ON ZMA, I havent been able to eat anything with calcium before sleeping since it interferes with the ZMA. So... what else can i eat?
well i dont really know what ZMA is but i know that if you find a way to have calcium then i recommend cottage cheese, it has casein which is a slow acting protein so it takes a while to digest and therefor wont be stored as fat as whey would. and i dont think you should take somethin that doesnt react well with calcium... we need calcium, but thats just my thought.
