Need advice on setting up my days

My problem is that my job requires me to start at 9:00 and work until 7:00.I can only get away for lunch at 12:00.How should I plan my meals - If i work-out when i get home its 8:30- 9:00pm when i finish.Is that to late to have a full course meal if i go to bed at 12:00

Im trying to gain muscle mass

small meals but very often like 6-7 times daily.
With that you'll never be hungry or feel "heavy" after been eating so you can always train, sleep or work whenever you need it.

It's a little bit weird in the beginning but having all those small meals is the very best thing to keep up your metabolism and in your case, muscle growth since you are giving all the needed proteins and energy for your muscles to grow all the time.

And, you can replace a few of those meals using meal replacements...which will help you attain your daily protein goal as well.
