Ok im haveing a hard time here and I cant seem to get alot of advice..I'v ben working out on my total gym for some time now. I'v ben trying work om my abs and not getting what I want when I flex It feels like one big mucle I'v ben tolde it looks like I'm getting a four pack but I cant seem to trim what fat I have left I look kind of fat I never got that fat but a little from this birth controll shot I took and it made me gain a little waight..Im not going to take that ever again..anayways can anayone tell me how to trim so my packs show and the fat don't.and how many reps are good to do a day and how many are in a rep anaways? I don't want to over do it..

lol people r never satisfied with what they got... if u wanna have ur abs showing do more cardio work and fix up your diet.

what is Cardio is it jogging are what..I do need to fix of my diet but im having a hard tim see im new at all of this and I don't know where to start and how to eat right like how much to eat a day and what to eat a day..HELP!!!

You'll find this website loaded with information, you just need to knock around to find the material that answers your questions. The menu at the top gives you access to dietry issues & exercises while these message boards have a history of hottly debated issues, such losing weight, getting that six pack and so on. You'll notice at the bottom of the page there is a little box where you can type your question. once done it will pull all the debates/discussions on that subject. You should also sign up for a program, which it will create for you too. Great stuff. Now that's where you should start. Cardio work is essentially activity that causes your heart rate to increase, so it can be walking, jogging and or running. It could also be other mechanical means, eliptical trainer, cycling or rowing. While resistance or weight training is associated with slower movements that don't drive your heart rate upward as quickly as cardio and are exersizes that require you to utilise weight to complete them, dumb bells, bar bells, body weight and mechanically set up tools such as smith machines, pec decks etc. Hope this helps you go forward? will you please tell me what eliptical trainer is..and allso I don't know if im over doing it are not but every other day I work out my legs on my home gym I do like 3 differnt leg exercies and I do 200 on each leg of each exercise so all together I do 600 on each leg..wow that shure sounds like alot I hope im not over doing it my legs never hurt afterwards when I started I could never do that much the mucles in my legs are finely starting to show so Im gessing im doing something right.

Jodie - your total body gym is probably working for you, as you say you are seeing more muscle in your legs.
It sounds to me like you need to fine tune what you are eating. Why don't you list here what you eat in a typical day and what time you eat, then we can try to help you fine tune it a little for fat loss. -------------- GYPO (JK) |

Will I don't have a set diet because I would'nt even know what one to go with I know I don't eat healthy enough lets see I usely eat some fruit and vegges a day but now days the way they grow fruit and veggies sucks and they are robbed of the good things we need but I still eat them.I don't eat red meat I eat veggies burgers sometimes are tv dinnders are fish sticks are tuna fish I just eat whatever a day and differnt things a day I eat like two times a day and snak on fruits..As you can tell I have no Idea what im doing..................And to answer rnc1958 question im working out with my total gym so im useing cables and the leg pully thing..

What abought one a day waight smart is that good to take.....are how abought TONALIN Is that stuff as good as they say it is will it really work and help me....
