For the past year ive been following the body for life routine, here is an example of the lifting. For Chest I do Flat Bench 12-10-8-6-12 then go over to Fly's for 12 reps and thats it for chest. i used to weigh 210lbs now im down to 170lbs, I got some muscle on me but I wanna get bigger. I dont want to spend all day in the gym either. Whats a good routine to do that will bulk me up and not kill me timewise.
