hi i am looking for any advice everyone can give me i have struggled for years to lose the fat in my legs right now i am on only slim fast 2 times a day and trying not to eat i am also using a body sculpture-walking machine-thing kinda like the tony little thing, and i walk alot my main concern is that i dont want to gain mucle i just want to lose the fat. thanx ppl and please help:love::)
