NBC'S THE BIGGEST LOSER!

FOR THOSE WHO DONT KNOW WHAT ITS ABOUT, THERE ARE TWO TEAMS OF PPL WHO COMPETE TO LOSE THE MOST WEIGHT,AT THEE ND OF EACH WEEK THEY ARE WEIGHED WHO EVER LOST THE MOST WEIGHT WHENS THAT WEEK. BUT ONLY ONE PERSON IN THE END CAN BE CALLED THE BIGGEST LOSER,AND LOSE THE MOST WEIGHT. AFTER THIER FIRST WEEK OF TRAINING,SOME PPL LOST LIKE 22 POUNDS! I THINK IT WAS A RANGE OF LIKE 3-22POUNDS. I WAS UNEASY ABOUT THIS. I SAW THEM DOING CARDIO AND WEIGHTS ,AND THE CLEAN DIET, BUT FOR DRAMATIC RESULTS LIKE THAT ONE CAN ONLY WONDER.

deadheadted Posts: 123 Joined: 2004/05/31	2004/10/24, 12:12 AM It was mostly water weight. Carbohydrates use water for energy transport - by going on a low carbohydrate diet, you lose the need for that excess water and shed it. The bigger you are, the more water you have to shed.

THERE WERE TWO TEAMS OF THE SO-CALLED CELEBS AND THEY GOT ON A BIT BALANCE WEIGHT AND THEY TEAM THAT GOT HOISTED INTO THE AIR AT THE END OF THE WEEK WERE THE WINNERS FOR THAT WEEKS. -------------- *NOT A TART* A.D.F.

You have to realize that, like any other "reality" show, they are in the business of making television ratings, not skinny people. American Idol is in the business of making the number one television show in the world, not to make the best singer in the world. Can anyone explain to me why Kwame made it to the final 2 on The Apprentice? Please!!! Troy ran the team EVERY time, but Kwame was a black male with a Harvard degree. DUH!!! What does that have to do with anything, as if black people don't have degrees from Harvard? Obviously, Trump saw something in Kwame that Troy did not have. This was never a black and white issue...it was Bill who completed the tasks at hand based on the criteria set up by Trump and NBC execs. I'm sure Troy gained something from being on the show. 	2004/11/02, 11:49 AM Has anybody seen the "Trump or monkey" segments on Letterman? He puts up 3 photos with the faces covered up so only the tip top of the head shows. Two are monkeys. one is Trump. pimple Posts: 490 Joined: 2003/07/08	2004/11/02, 03:29 PM i saw an episode of the biggest loser yesterday and i thought it was funny how their scale worked... the guy steps up there and it shows all the different digits until the scale prints the actual value... 400, 380, 390, 405, 350, 351, 352, 400, 390, 360... such a dramatic scale... then when the red team lost, they played this real depressing music on the background... what a silly show... -------------- The following sentence is true. On top of the fact that what you are watching is clearly garbage? I wish reality shows would go away. I also am tired of seeing autopsies on the police shows.
