Nausea and training

As anyone every experienced nausea after an intense weight training session? I train w/my trainer 3x a week and it seems after every workout I'm nauseated(sp?) towards the end and afterwards. Any advice would be much appreciated.

(If it's a matter of diet, please let me know. I eat every 3-4 hours but my last meal(protien and veggies) before the trainer is at 3pm and my training appt is for 5:30)

Thats a good question? Because I have the same experience towards the end and/or after an intense and sometimes moderate weight training or cardio session.

Hopefully someone responds with some insight. If no one does and you get an answer from another source.... please share.

What about water? Do you drink enough?
Does your trainer push you too hard?
You take enough time to warm up and cool down and how long does your training session last?

I get naseous after difficult workouts too. I think it may be that you push too hard without giving your body enough time to recover either from the previous exercise or the previous workout. I find that taking more time between set lessens this feeling.
