narrow grip lat pulldown?

any suggestions on how to do this without a machine i just have barbells and dumbells? maybee chin ups?

If you have a pullup bar, move your hands in. :dumbbell:

You can do it either way. I use a supinated grip (palms facing you) when I do close-grip pulldowns. What are you looking to accomplish?

im doing back biceps and abs on wed so thats what im targeting but i do chest shoulders and tri's the day before on tuesday so i dont want them to get too much of a workout cause i know they need proper time to rest
