I am 14 years old. 126 lbs, 5"4. I have decided that to keep in shape I will work out at home. I plan to do 200 sit ups, 200 push ups, 200 crunches, 200 pull ups, 10 minutes of squatting, and running up a set of stairs 20 times (up and down) per day. Do you think that this regimen will be beneficial or that I should increase the amount of excercise? By when do you think I will begin to notice any visual change?
Hi... and despite your user name, I read it anyway... haha... Why not try a routine from FT? It'll give you a good selection of exercises sthat work the whole body, give you the rest you need, plus help along with the diet... it's easy... and to be honest, I don't know if 200 pull ups could be done in a day...
