I am participating in the lose weight tone up program on week 2 day 2 there are six sets of flat bench db flyes? Is this correct? It seems like alot of reps. Also If you can do more reps than the program calls for should I be? And if so should I be going up in weight even though I don't want mass? By the way this is a great site!!
