hey guys I've decided to make a thread where i'll put all my questions in, I hope you guys check on this thread once in awhile. I finnaly filled out my profile, I didn't really know what to say but i hope it helps. Well to get my questions going heres one, How long should I spend warming up? can someone reccomend some good warmup ruetines for me. I don't have a treadmill and I can't probably go out to the negihboorhood to jog.

Do you belong to a gym? Or are you doing the home workout.

im doing the homeworkout, I have free weights not alot, I just have the bars and the bench.

dude i have the same thing weights at home..it works for me, nmo one to bother me and i can concentrate on what i have to do....but its good to have home weights...but maybe look in to gym!

You can do some stretching, and perhaps some callisthetics, as in jumping jacks, running on the spot, push-ups, good old fashioned stuff we forget about.
