Hello...

I have a few specific goals and I was wondering if anybody could kind of point me in the right direction as of which program to put myself on. I came on this site in hopes to increase my butt, thighs, and hips size, but after researching on the message boards, I have reduced those hopes and I have attained some more! First of all, I'm only 15, but I really want to get in shape. I'm 5'4 and weigh 130. I'm not overweight, not even over-weight looking, but I would like to gain some size. However, I don't want to gain size in my arms. So basically, since I know there is no spot reduction weight loss, I have no idea where to start. I also have cellulite on my stomach, thighs, and butt, my goals is to lose that cellulite by summer. So in short, I want to gain size, but lose the fat. Also, I do not want to lose any size in my butt. Are these goals reasonable? I really have no idea, will somebody give me some direction? Thanks a bunch, I really apprecaite it (in advance)...

My thoughts would be according to your specified goals(and you have lots), you should start with one and achieve it, and it will lead you to your next goals. I would think you sound like losing some size in certain areas is important to you. Therefore, I would recommend starting with the weightloss and definition program. Achieve this, I think gaining mas at this point would not be good for you, you have to gain a bit of fat with this, and I would concentrate on losing and getting toned first. Here is your link....http://www.freetrainers.com/FT/jsp/pro/resources_generaltone.jsp

Achieve this goal and you will be happy, then take the next step. Just my opinion. Take it one goal at a time.
