I was lifting weights and my finger got stuck in between. Then a few hours later it got swollen and its turning colors. what should i do to make go to regular size and to get my normal color again?
Ouch! Use lots and lots of ice (every 2 hours or so)! You'll probably feel a lot of discomfort the next few days. Try not to do too much with that finger as it'll be bruised for a while.
