Thought that I should start posting what I eat. So here goes:
1qt skim milk
1pk poptarts
2c oatmeal
2 cans tuna
4 cups pasta salad
3 eggs
1gallon water.

Highlights: Ate well except for the poptart. Could not help it. It kept calling out to me.
Lowlights had to eat 2 more freaking cans of tuna!!!!!

Hrm.

My diet has gone to pot. It's 4:10pm, and this is what I've eaten so far today.

Meal#1
2 scoops protein
16oz water
Multi, b-complex, & c vitamins

Meal#2
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 spoon flax seeds
8oz water

Meal#3
5oz turkey breast
14 almonds
8oz water

Meal#4
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1oz jerky
12oz diet soda

Plan on having beef on the grill along with a spinach leaf salad and cooked broccoli for meal#5 and then a protein drink for meal#6.

I need to learn how to evenly split up my P/C/F into each meal better. And I probably need to eat more.

Mutt - is that all you eat in one day??? You need more food than that, even if you are cutting.
Here is my typical low-carb day (I get a high carb meal every third day, and I love this plan!!)

1) 4 oz turkey breast (I roast one each week, cut it up, weigh portions and bag 'em)
1 egg + three whites
1/2 grapefruit
coffee with splenda

2) 1 1/2 scoops isopure blended with four frozen peach slices and 1 TBSP udo's perfect blend oil, 8 oz water

3) 4 oz grilled chicken breast
2 cups salad mix
1 TBSP Newman's olive oil and vinegar dressing (yum)

4) 1 1/2 scoops isopure blended with four frozen strawberries, 1 TBSP Udo's, 8 oz water

5) 4-6 oz lean ground beef
1 cup steamed vegetables (broccoli, or cauliflower, really good with curry podwer and molly mcbutter)

I drink over a gallon of water a day and have a diet vanilla coke in the afternoon. I have dropped three pounds this first week, my muscles feel pumped and I am looking leaner already.
On my high carb meal I have
1 cup brown rice
6 oz sweet potato
1 cup vegetables
a small banana for dessert

So, Mutt, that is a cutting phase diet for me. I have 140 lbs lean tissue mass, so you could add some protein and carbs according to your size and you could eat more, starve less and lose bodyfat.
Good luck!
No one should starve!

Today so far I have a cup of pudding and 2 cups rice and beans. I know I need more protein but right now it is hard to find the money I can not for e anymore tuna down LOL I eat a lot of eggs. I usualy get about 140-200g of protein a day not really counting carbs.

Whew, I am glad you eat more than that.
Yeah, it is expensive to eat and buy supplements, maybe when you are president you could require major corporations that make unhealthy products to sponsor amatuer bodybuilders... I need about 250 a month for my supplements!
